Account Manager (Qualified CA), 1 to 4 years in Noida

Job Description

• Preparation the Balance Sheet in compliance with the prevalent rules & regulations.
• Having the good knowledge of GST and TDS return filling.
• Finalizes books of accounts for subsidiaries / projects.
• Ensure proper documentation and passing of necessary entries
• Looking after both direct and indirect compliance in the company.
• Assists auditors in the audit process by giving required data, resolving queries, preparing Documents, etc.
• Prepare and file replies for Income Tax cases, GST matters, and other regulatory departments as required
• Prepare and provide detailed financial reports required by lenders on a day-to-day basis, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for various real estate assets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards .
• Prepare schedules and supporting documentation for tax filings, including property tax returns and partnership tax returns.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Qualified CA preferred.
• 1+ years of exp as a CA.
• Proficiency in accounting software like Tally and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings effectively.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in supervising and developing accounting professionals.
• Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners.
