Job Description

• Filing of Income Tax returns, Income tax assessments cases, TDS Returns and reconciliation
• Hands on exposure of GST, Return filing, Monthly reconciliation of GST with Books of accounts
• Maintaining accounting and bookkeeping on ERP
• Preparing Monthly Reports and Invoices on collection activities
• Reconciliation, MIS Reporting (Reconciliation Status), Reconciliation Governance for Balance Sheets accounts
• Audits (Internal/ External), Internal Reviews and reporting
• Revenues, Receivable, Reconciliation, Payables & KPI reporting.
• Developing and standardizing accounting processes and treatments.
• Tracking compliances with laws and adherence to disclosures made.
• Coordinating with statutory auditors and drive timely completion thereof.
• Handling ROC, FEMA matters.
• Timely and accurate preparation of MIS/Budgets. 
• Consolidation of MIS/Budgets for the company.
• Analysis of MIS data and bringing out facts underlying the data through discussions with operations at various levels of the organization.
• Expenditure control and Managing expenditures within the allotted budget.
• Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts
• Managing all foreign payments
• Coordination with bankers and carrying out banking transaction.
• Monthly Bank Reconciliation.
• Inward & outward disposals for EFC remittance
• Monthly Cash flow for companies.
• Capable of handling Import & Export payment.
