Job Description

• As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization.
• Thorough and depth Knowledge of LC and BG.
• Understanding of bank Assessment limit and Companys requirement of FB and NFB.
• Preparation of CMA.
• Response to all bankers query.
• Planning of LC and BG requirement and co-ordinate with Project and Procurement.
• This role involves strategic planning, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Working Knowledge on Forex and hedge.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
• Provide timely and accurate financial information to support decision – making.
• Preparation and management Cash flow ensure liquidity and optimize working capital.
• Coordinating with Bank – RM, Head for business purpose and maintaining a healthy relationship.
• Monitor receivables and payables to minimize risks and maximize cash efficiency.
• Implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and assess their potential return and risks.
• Provide recommendations for improving financial performance and operational efficiency.
