Sr Executive/Executive Legal/AM/DM, 0 To 5 Years In Hyderabad

Job Description

• Attending to Consumer Courts, Civil Courts, Criminal Courts and Statutory Authorities
• Should have basic knowledge on Drafting suits, petitions, complaints, notices, reply notices, rejoinder notices
• Practical knowledge of court procedures, especially consumer courts procedure, in handling the litigation added advantage
• Need to travel across India whenever required to attend courts, police stations, statutory authorities
• Having basic knowledge about insurance laws, practical knowledge in handling insurance cases is added advantage
• Should have basic experience in handling litigation of financial institutions, such as recovery of debts, suits for injunctions
• Should have knowledge about filing cheque petitions and retrieving the deposits from the Courts
• Must have good drafting skills in preparation of counters, replies, agreements, MOUs, Indemnities etc.,
• Attending to employee related disputes before the Labour Courts, Civil Courts is added advantage
• Educational qualification of LLB/BL – is must
