Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager - Banking & Finance, 0 to 5 years in Mumbai

Job Description

• Handle all aspects of banking and finance, including negotiations with banks and financial institutions for fund raising.
• Prepare and submit necessary documents and data to banks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate the execution of loan documents, letters of credit, and other banking instruments.
• Act as the primary point of contact with bankers, advocates, and valuers to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Focus on reducing bank charges and other financial costs through effective negotiation and financial management.
• Monitor bank statements and follow up on any excess charges for reversal or adjustment.
• Ensure proper maintenance, organization, and filing of financial documents and records.
• Manage the company\'s insurance portfolio, ensuring adequate coverage and compliance with policy terms.
• Ensure adherence to all financial regulations and compliances, including those set by the RBI and other banking institutions.
• Maintain compliance with periodic reporting requirements and monitor financial covenants as per banking agreements.

• CA certification or CA Intermediate with 3+ years of experience in Banking & Finance.
• Comprehensive knowledge of banking operations, financial regulations (including RBI compliance), and loan management.
• Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external financial partners.
