Role & responsibilities
Responsible for carrying out various administrative activities in the legal team for a project/center like proofing, printing, stamping and registration of all legal documents and ensuring their safe custody by prompt and efficient filing as per prescribed norms/processes

- Prepare drafts of various retail brands, Leave and License agreements, addendums, service level agreements, marketing agreements, NDA etc.
- Prepare drafts of various notices to retailers (from prescribed templates) / replies to notices for finalization by the Manager - Legal
- Support the Legal Head in ensuring that the registration of the final agreement document is carried out as per statutory guidelines and verify all the supporting documents
- Maintain the custody of all original copies of contracts/ legal documentation concerned with all stakeholders at the Centre (including Leave & License Agreements, Service Agreements, Notices, and Replies etc.)
- Support the Centers legal team in the legacy litigation cases by maintaining records of dates/appearances etc.
- Submit/file relevant documents and returns to external stakeholders / regulatory authorities on time, under guidance from the Legal Head
- Co-ordinate regularly with Project Architect Department to obtain area certificates, plans and with Leasing team for LOIs signed and then update the legal tracker/ reports/ MIS from time to time
- Prepare the regular/monthly MIS reports on renewals, relocations, litigations, etc.to be submitted to Corporate Legal from time to time
- Prepare and execute service contracts/ SLAs on or before commencement of service/ respective event taking place
- Attend to and assist regarding Legal Risk Compliance audit and its requirements.
