Senior Manager - Taxation, 7 to 10 years in Bangalore

Job Description

• Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within the time frame • Ensure timely closure of all Direct tax related compliances, including filing of various Tax Returns
• Lead and coordinate the closure of Tax audits
• Leading the corporate tax assessments, including transfer pricing assessments and handing the disputes/ appeals before the CIT(A), DRP and ITAT
• Co-ordinate with external auditors for quarterly/ yearly tax provision and lead the closure of the same in a time-bound manner.
• Attending to all Direct tax queries and requirements, both internal as well as external
• Compute and plan for all tax payments, including advance taxes
• Leading the representation before the Tax Authorities for assessments and appeal matters
• Playing a leading role in the execution of tax planning and management strategy
• Prepare and implement medium-term tax plan/tax positioning consistent with business strategy /growth plans
• Co-ordination and liaisoning with tax consultants for tax compliance and tax planning
