Job Description

• Litigation Management - Coordination and strategizing with external counsels and internal departments for litigation matters before HARERA Gurugram, District courts, and DCDRC etc., maintaining MIS trackers of Litigation, Lease and other agreements, vetting of replies, evidences etc., drafting of Legal Notices and their replies.

• Drafting and vetting of Term Sheets, MOUs, Collaboration agreements, Development Agreements, Joint venture agreements, Agreement to Sell, Sale Deeds, conveyance deeds, Lease Deeds, Leave & License Agreements, Vendor Contracts, Power of Attorney, Settlement Agreements, Service agreements, TPA, PTM, and MODTs .
