Job Description

• Client Financial Management:
  Manage client accounts and oversee all financial processes related to client services, including preparation of financial statements, tax filings, and compliance.
• Team Leadership:
  Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals. Delegate tasks, ensure timely deliverables, and maintain high-quality standards in client servicing.
• Assisting Partner in Business Development:
  Support the Partner in business development efforts by providing financial insights, assisting with client meetings, and preparing relevant financial reports and presentations.
• Financial Strategy & Reporting:
  Assist in the development and execution of financial strategies for clients. Oversee financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Internal Controls & Compliance:
  Ensure the implementation of strong internal controls and adherence to financial regulations for both the firm and clients.
• Process Improvement:
  Streamline financial processes for efficiency and accuracy, recommending improvements where necessary.
• Client Relationship Management:
  Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering proactive financial advice and responding to client queries.

• Education: Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in a senior finance role, ideally in a Chartered Accountant firm or within the manufacturing/services industry.
• Skills:
