Senior Executive Legal, 4 to 6 years in Bangalore

Job Description

• Prepare legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other corporate law-related papers.
• Conduct thorough reviews of contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Draft and negotiate contracts on behalf of the organization.
• Provide expert advice on legal matters related to business operations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any legal issues or disputes.
• Support the Legal Director in preparing contracts, letters, and other documents related to legal, regulatory, and business requirements.

• 4-6 years of experience in a similar role within an NBFC industry setting.
• Strong understanding of corporate law principles and practices.
• Knowledge of business and commercial laws, Arbitration laws, and Data Protection laws. Should be interested in learning and understanding business-related regulations.
• Excellent drafting skills for various types of legal documents.
• Proven track record of providing accurate and effective legal counselling.
