Position: Senior Executive - Human Resources
Qualification: MBA - HR
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Location: Mumbai

Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collect and collate payroll inputs from various designated SPOCs. 
  • Validate the collated inputs and share the necessary details to accounts team for processing of monthly payroll. 
  • Verify the payroll computation received from accounts team. 
  • Address queries in issues related on compensation and relevant topics. 
  • Process the inputs of full and final settlement calculations for submission to accounts team. 
  • Generate MIS reports on various categories as and when the requirement is ascertained. 
  • Manage the firm’s database and prepare reports/personnel records by recording new hires, transfers, exit, changes in job classifications, etc. 
  • Execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave performance and talent management.
Academics and Skill Set Requirements: 
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or relevant qualification. 
  • Candidate with 3-5 years of experience handling HR Operations and Generalist Profile. 
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. 
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Systems. 
  • Proficient in MS Office with excellent excel skills. 
  • Good organizational skills and ability to pay attention to detail. 
  • Excellent verbal, written and inter-personal communications skills, adept at dealing with and engaging people at all levels
