Role & responsibilities
> Analyzing, investigating and preparing presentations for Regional CEO and Cluster Heads on key movements and trends in the financial statements compared to previous years and budget for Asia Pacific region. Recommend action plan in line with the analysis
> Perform analysis with transactional data from the company and industry to generate insights on profitability by Region, Office, Trade lanes, and Customers
> Working with Finance Managers in APAC region to prepare and review annual financial plans
> Assessment of key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement areas
> Champion continuous business process improvement initiatives in finance & reporting processes
> Designing and implementing BI dashboards with the help of Vendors/IT Team to review company\\\'s performance for operational & financial dimensions. Directing the automation of these dashboards to reduce time to insight & increase accuracy of reporting process
> To liaison with various internal stakeholders for accurate and timely reporting
> Any other analysis as requested by Regional Finance Controller on time-to-time basis
Preferred candidate profile
> Should be a qualified Chartered Accountant
> Hands on in excel and familiar to work with the systems
> Should have good communication skills and positive attitude.
> Should have 3 - 5 years of experience in MIS, Analysis, month end reporting
