Roles and Responsibilities
1. Drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts with vendors and clients (should be well versed with marketing, technology and IP agreements). Should be able to independently manage agreements end to end.
2. Drafting consumer facing documentation
3. Takes proper action to close out the contract in accordance with applicable procedures at the conclusion of all activity;
4. Interpreting contracts and advising business team on contractual responsibilities
5. Ability to work under pressure and within service level agreements committed
6. Team player with open mindset to learn and unlearn as per the requirement
7. Strong ethical mindset with non-negotiable work ethics
8. Good business acumen
9. Good negotiation skills
10. Articulate with excellent communication skills
