Senior Associate - Finance and Accounts

Job Description

• Preparation of month on month variance reports; Budget vs Actual variance reports
• Support the annual budget process and quarterly forecast process
• Work with AR and AP teams on reasons for month on month variances
• Prepare department wise profitability reports
• Work with account managers to understand reasons for month on month and budget vs actual variances
• Prepare key metrics and dash boards
• Quarterly and annual budgets updation - co-ordinate with different departments for information
• Ad hoc reports and analysis required
• Prepare reports in Power BI for different departments
• Assist in month close process and statutory audits

• Financial Planning Analysis (FPA),Budgeting, Forecasting, MIS Reports
• 6-8 years experience in FPA
• Experience in building reports, dashboards, key metrics using softwares, MS excel
• Basic understanding of revenue recognition, month close process is required
• Proven communication skills and experience in interacting with different teams across the company
• Well organized, skilled in time management and strong attention to detail
• Good experience in MS excel
