Position: Semi Qualified Company Secretary
Qualification: CS
Experience: 2 to 7 years
Location: Mumbai

Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a portfolio of non-listed client companies by providing the full set of corporate secretarial services;
  2. Ensure compliance with the Companies Ordinance, Listing Rules, Foreign Exchange Management Act, registrations/modifications with various authorities, and other regulatory and statutory requirements;
  3. Maintain good relationship with client;
  4. Build up opportunities for additional services provided to existing clients;
  5. Assist in maintaining the smooth operation of the team;
  6. Supervise and review subordinates work;
  7. Assist the Manager to monitor & manage the productivity and effectiveness of the team.

Key Requirements:
  1. Semi qualified CS with 1+ years of exposure/ graduates with 2+ years of experience
  2. Prior experience in client servicing environment is an advantage;
  3. Strong knowledge of local country company regulations is required, and, familiarity with regulations of other overseas jurisdictions is an advantage;
  4. Excellent command of both spoken and written English
