Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of non-listed client companies by providing the full set of corporate secretarial services;
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Ordinance, Listing Rules, Foreign Exchange Management Act, registrations/modifications with various authorities, and other regulatory and statutory requirements;
- Maintain good relationship with client;
- Build up opportunities for additional services provided to existing clients;
- Assist in maintaining the smooth operation of the team;
- Supervise and review subordinates work;
- Assist the Manager to monitor & manage the productivity and effectiveness of the team.
Key Requirements:
- Semi qualified CS with 1+ years of exposure/ graduates with 2+ years of experience
- Prior experience in client servicing environment is an advantage;
- Strong knowledge of local country company regulations is required, and, familiarity with regulations of other overseas jurisdictions is an advantage;
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
