Job description
DESIRED SKILL:
  • Review of secretarial documents viz board meeting documents, Shareholders meeting documents
  • Primarily responsible for compliance of secretarial matters on time
  • Client Engagement
  • Tracking & Monitoring statutory deadlines of secretarial matters

To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,
  • Qualified CS
  • Preferably with LLB
