JOB DESCRIPTION: DESIRED SKILL:
- Review of secretarial documents viz board meeting documents, Shareholders meeting documents, etc.
- Sound knowledge of FEMA and company laws
- Primarily responsible for compliance of secretarial matters on time
- Client Engagement and Team Management
- Tracking & Monitoring statutory deadlines of secretarial matters
To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,
- Qualified CS
- Preferably with LLB
