Job Description
Position: Project & Product Manager
Qualification: CMT,M.B.A. Finance and Marketing,B.E Mechanical
Experience: 10 to 15 years
Location: Mumbai(Andheri West)
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement strategic plans for New Product development, as per Company\'s objective and Market requirements, analyze market trends and
competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
2. Technical and Derivatives Research of Capital Market, Currencies and Commodities markets.
3. Management of Existing Products under Deven Choksey Branding in alignment with company objectives.
4. Generate timely and accurate reports, recommendations, and insights based on research findings, overseeing compliance and operations.
5. Development of Research Platform to Facilitate Automation of Processes and Research backend
6. Communication of All Products and Recommendations and Updates regarding Products, to Network Partners and All Existing Clients and Internal Cross- Functional Teams and Prospective Clients.
7. Building Strategies and System for generating highly profitable and less risky recommendations under Various Products.
8. Optimize existing algorithms and models for improved efficiency and performance.
9. Monitor and evaluate the performance of product strategies and adjust as necessary to achieve targets.
10. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, sales, and operations to ensure product strategies are effectively executed.
11. Develop and maintain Python-based tools and applications for data analysis, modelling, and automation.
12. Provide leadership and guidance to the Technical and Derivatives Research Analysis Department and Python Programmer.
13. Resolve Cross-functional Team\'s queries and support them with guidance, suggestions and decisions.
14. Participate in other on-going and upcoming projects and software development, as and when required.
15. Foresee all the KRAs of Team members, track timely and plan for future. Understand their requirements / issues and resolve them with guidance and solutions.
Qualification:
Educational Qualification: Chartered Market Technician (CMT)
M.B.A. Finance and Marketing
Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, Mumbai University

Deciding on Back-Testing methods and segments and Instruments.
Deciding Universe of Financial Instruments to be included in Trading and Investment.
Active Member in finalizing Product Pricing, Product Deliverables, Modes of Communications
Finalizing JD and KRAs of Team members of Product Strategy Department and Selection of Candidates and Appraisal of team members
One of key member in decision making in multiple streams of organization related to Capital Markets
Actively participating in conducting interviews for other departments.
Active member in making business plans and projections, campaigns for promotion for future, to discuss with Management
Active member in discussing Important matters w.r.t. other departments and their processes.
Active member of team to finalize vendors by meeting and discussion with different vendors with multiple expertise, by vetting them thoroughly.
Deciding Python Programming logic in a way to match expected output or expected strategy
Deciding Recommendations to be published to clients, under Products, from Research Output.
Finalizing Research Report Format and layout to be sent to all clients.
Finalizing Content of Research Report to be published to all clients.
