Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Typing, checking, formatting and printing of various documents. of any of the departments of its various subsidiaries and Foundation.
  • Litigation related work viz. preparation of documents, franking of documents, registration of Affidavit, Agreements with notary public, etc.
  • To maintain papers and proceedings relating to litigation and non-litigation matters.
  • To maintain a list of files including log entries for both litigation and non-litigation department.
  • Collection of bills from Solicitors and Vendors, scrutiny of the bills with the party (if any discrepancy in the bills) coordinating with accounts department to process for payment of the same and after receiving the cheques dispatch to the concerned Solicitors and Vendors.
  • Arranging travel tickets, hotel booking, car booking etc. for Solicitors.
  • Co-ordination of work-related matter with all departments
