- Knowledge in Computers i.e. MS Word, Excel etc. and in sending emails, scanning documents etc.
- Should be fluent in English and capable of assisting the Directors in preparing and sending letters, emails
- Handling the routine office work such as maintaining the staff attendance registers, inward-outward registers,
- Maintaining records, files, and filing of papers,
- Updating share statements etc.
