Job description
Role & responsibilities
1. Drafting, Vetting and Negotiation of various kinds of agreements viz. Lease agreement, Leave and License Agreement, agreements related to CFT / cross functional teams and other business contracts including but not limited to vendor agreements, customer/residents contracts, employment agreements, Operational and maintenance agreement et cetera
2. Take a lead in drafting clear, concise, and legally sound contracts that align with the company\'s business objectives.
3. Contract Management (proper documentation and up keeping of all agreements, contracts and their renewals on time)
4. Document relationships with external parties through contracts, T&Cs and advise business from time to time.
5. Ensuring Legal Due diligence of properties to support the business
6. To advocate and make representations for laws and regulations supporting the growth of the business and industry.
7. To advise the business and implement changes in legislations.
8. Provide the General Counsel a full spectrum of business and legal issues, which, in addition to Contract management, Litigation management, licensing and intellectual property matters, may include transaction structuring and support, technology, R&D, data protection, competition law and trade regulations, disputes resolution and conflicts of interests.
9. Ensure full legal compliance regarding all existing laws, regulations and the company\'s Policies in the applicable region by supporting compliance team in gap analysis and onsite audits.
10. Proactively analyse/identify legal risks and implications of various issues and advise various internal stakeholders and management on it with mitigation plans to protect companys business interest
11. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the management meetings
12. Leading and supporting Organization in implementation, roll-out and training for digital tools and processes and end to end accountability for stabilisation of the same in areas of Litigation/Real Estate & Contract Management
13. Mapping and understanding the Regulatory footprint applicable to the business and interpreting applicable policies, laws, regulations, rules, guidelines, etc.
14. Render full assistance and support to all stakeholders at Stanza Living and work closely with cross functional/ cross-location teams, to provide the overall legal strategy and guidance on all transactions/litigations/new projects etc.
15. Perform other duties and assist with special projects as assigned
Skills set requirement-

- Ability to develop and execute effective litigation strategies.
- Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
