Job Description

• Appearing & Assisting Advocate/Senior Advocate before various High Courts, District Courts, Tribunals, Forums and regulatory authorities.
• Handling cases under Civil Law, Commercial Laws, Labor Laws including compliances, Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act, Arbitration Act, Companies Act, Negotiable Instruments Act, Criminal Law, Consumer Protection Act, Property Laws, Stamp Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code etc.
• Advising for planning the strategies and procedures to be followed in department set-up and thereafter advising top management on various cases; briefing counsels on various cases.
• Preparing legal documents not limited to Legal Notices, Complaints, Plaints, Suits, Claims, Written Statements, Writ Petitions, Appeals, Case Papers, Affidavits, etc. for civil and criminal legal proceedings under various statutory laws for and on behalf of the Company.
