Position: Manager or Sr. Manager– Legal
Experience: 8 to 10 years
Qualification: LLB, BA
Location: Bangalore

Job description:
Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Drafting, vetting and closure of documents, agreements related to land acquisitions such as Term Sheet, Joint Development, Joint Venture, Sale Deeds, Power Attorneys and other related documents.
  2. Legal Due Diligence during land, property acquisition in particular, Title investigation & local legislation.
  3. Regulatory - Handling regulatory matters with respect to pre-construction, construction and post construction of the Project.
  4. Litigation & Arbitration Management - Handling of litigation and Arbitration matters and support in strategizing, decision making, interacting with the counsel, drafting, reviewing, filing claim, counter claim, evidence and conducting matters.
  5. Compliance Management- Support in legal compliance management and front facing the execution of the Project.
  6.  Support in monitoring and resolution of all compliance issues.
  7. Mandate experience into retail division.
