Position: Manager or  Lead - Recruitment
Industry: Candidates from (BFSI) preferred
Experience: 7-12 years

Job Description:
  • The role of Head of Talent Acquisition is to lead the talent acquisition function and help the  organization hire top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices. 
Key Responsibility Areas:
  • Handling end to end recruitment cycle from gathering the requisitions, creating position specification JD, sourcing, screening,  Short listing of resumes, interviews, offers to follow up till the candidates. 
  • Work with hiring managers to understand immediate and future requirements in business verticals to recruit candidates within the framework of the position specification. 
  • Define Resourcing Strategy and deliver key priorities for the business e.g., Quality of Hiring, Employer Branding, Sourcing Strategy. 
  • Translating the headcount plan into clear job requirements and define recruitment plan to ensure timely delivery. 
  • Accountable for Recruitment targets within the defined TAT and as per defined requirements 
  • Focus on effective networking methods to reach the greatest number of potential candidates through internet sourcing, direct mailing, LinkedIn, industry leads & sources, key contacts, portals, etc. 
  • Proactively connecting with prospective institute and organization for hiring such as Campus Recruitment, Job Portal, Ads, Contract Hiring, Offline Hiring, and Consultancy etc. Develop and cultivate relationships with various levels of management, candidates and external recruiting 
  • Maintaining the balance of internal & external sources in order to optimize costs Understanding the various business requirements and managing it. 
  • Screening Short listing of resumes Conducting Interviews. 
  • Compensation negotiation and joining discussion. 
  • Analyzing and presenting hiring data from dashboards 
  • Ensure team is following the Policy and Process of recruitment as per the norms of the company.  
Key Requirements 
  • Strong experience in Financial Service Industry (BFSI) – Broking, Wealth Management, Merchant Banking, Insurance, Distribution, Agro Commodities, Insurance. 
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills 
  • Ability to build relationships with & influence stakeholders
