Job Description

• Looking for candidate with exposure to Business-to-business (B2B) Indian contracts
• Drafting and vetting of various kinds of Agreements such as Service Agreements, ATM procurement Agreements, Cards Agreements, NDA etc.
• Managing, updating Contract Management and litigation tool.
• Preparing drafting Legal Notices, replies and other legal documents on behalf of company.
• Drafting and Vetting of recovery Notices, letters. 
• Drafting of replies, rejoinders, applications, pleadings, petitions, replies with respect to court matter.
• Drafting of Complaint, FIR Preparing and updating MIS.
• Case Study and developing strategy Attending courts in Mumbai and Outside Mumbai as well as briefing counsels.
• Attending con calls and discussing the agreements with business teams.
• Follow ups with the local advocates along with the respective branch teams.
• Conducting meetings with the business team and discussing the agreements and modifying the drafts as per the business requirements
• Exposure to tenders, RFP would be a mandate
