Experience: 9 to 14 years

Job description
  • Legal drafting and providing legal advice on all matters related to the organisation & Operations.
  • Handle the compliance, risk management for in-house counsel and other legal administrators groups.
  • Contracts and contractual agreements, MOUs and GPAs related to real estate & construction.
  • International terms, Commercial Terms, Business law and corporate law, Civil Law and Other Laws & Acts.
  • Mitigate risks by finding solutions and implementing them.
