Manager - Legal, 12 to 15 years in Mumbai

Job Description

• Manage, handle and advise pan India litigation including arbitration and liaising with lawyers and consultants..
• General advice on all business related queries including labour related laws.
• Handling, co-ordination and liaising of criminal matters
• Preparation, Review and Advise on Commercial and business Contracts including tenders.
• Advice and due diligence on property related matters.
• Advice on Mergers/Amalgamation/JV/Consortium Agreements and vetting of documents.
• Be part of digital transformation journey

• Law Degree- LLB/LLM
• Excellence in written and oral communication skills
• Expertise in construction contracts and MEP Projects and/or consumer durable industry
• Analytical skills
• 12-15 years experience
• Exposure to compliance requirements in a corporate environment.
• Ability to be persuasive and relentless in reinforcing the best interests of the Company.
• Knowledge of indirect tax would be an added attribute.
• Knowledge of international laws (Middle East) would be added attribute
