Manager - Legal, 10 to 15 years in New Delhi

Job Description

• Manage legal documentation, including drafting retail rental lease agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Getting lease agreement registered with various competent registrar /authorities in NCR
• Review and vetting contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide legal advice on non-litigation matters related to real estate / rental transactions.
• Handle litigations by coordinating with other legal counselors as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all legal correspondence, notices, and filings.
