Job Description

• Handle the Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana Scheme for passing interest subsidy to customer.
• Handling Internal Audit , NHB refinance audit & PMAY Inspection compliance
• Examine the HL & HE DSA, connector payout and retention team incentive, and
• conduct the regional P & L concall with all the RCM & RSM at Pan India level.
• Publish disbursal in transit MIS, valuation P & L, and monthly hiring of manpower hiring cost analysis.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly and annual budgets, ensuring confidentiality of financial data and proprietary information.
• Prepare and publish budget vs. expense variance analysis on a monthly basis and identify cost saving & process improvements
• Prepare location wise & product wise profitability and present the same at board meetings.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory norms and filing of refinance claims with the regulatory bodies (NHB)
• Ensure accurate and efficient MIS preparation.
• Generate cost center and profit centers
• Track travel limits employee wise quarterly and annually.
• Collate and keep track of a detailed analysis of all expenses on a monthly basis
