Job Description

1. Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):

• Lead the financial planning and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports, budgets, and financial forecasts to support management decision-making.
• Conduct variance analysis between actual financial results and budgeted forecasts to identify key trends and insights.

1. Balance Sheet and Statutory Compliance:

• Oversee the preparation and finalization of the company\'s balance sheet.
• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
• Manage external audits and handle queries from regulatory authorities.

1. Controllership:

• Manage all controllership activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
• Ensure timely and accurate closing of accounts and reporting of financial statements.

1. Process & Internal Controls:

• Develop and maintain a strong system of financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Drive continuous improvements in financial processes to enhance accuracy, speed, and efficiency.

1. ERP Systems (D365 Preferred):

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ERP systems to streamline financial operations.
• Ensure ERP data integrity and coordinate with IT and other departments for ERP improvements.

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounts.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• In-depth understanding of statutory compliances (GST, Income Tax, etc.).
• Demonstrated expertise in managing controllership functions and processes.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to work in a data-driven environment.
• Sound experience in ERP systems (preferably D365).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
