Senior Manager - Accounts Chartered Accountant with post qualification experience of 5 to 7 years Preference to Candidate having experience of at least 3 years from Real Estate Industry CTC Budget - Job Description Preparation and finalisation of financial - balance sheet, profit & loss account and cash flow (knowledge of IND AS)Consolidation of financial statement of group companies Preparation of Notes to financial statements Quarterly submission of financial result to stock exchange and listed company compliances Handling and coordination with statutory and internal audit. Preparation of tax audit report, 3CD. Various management information statement as per requirement including investor partner.Review of Budget Vs Actual.Review of Trial Balances, Ledger accounts, Bank Reconciliation Statement etc.Monitoring monthly closures, liabilities, stock & receivables reconciliation.Supervising accounting system controls and overseeing the compliance with the accounting standards and guidance notes issued by the ICAI Approve and coordinate changes and improvements in ERP reports.Monitor inter-company transfer of funds Coordination with taxation team and providing details for tax audit, assessment, etc Monitoring and Review of Society Accounts, Audit of Society Accounts and handling / resolving queries of society committee Making strong processes for Customer Receivable, Possession of customers Support to Finance Team for reports and compliances of lendersAssisting due diligence work, credit rating work.Other Compliances - DPT-3 Form, MSME form, Cost Audit Report, etc.RERA Compliances - Form 3, Form 5, Reconciliation of number with Books, Withdrawal limit, etc.
