Job Description

1. Arbitration Management:

• Manage and oversee internal arbitration proceedings, including preparation, strategy, and execution.
• Coordinate with external arbitration panels, mediators, and arbitrators as necessary.

1. Legal Advisory:

• Provide legal advice on arbitration matters, including drafting and reviewing arbitration clauses, agreements, and other relevant documents.
• Analyze legal issues and provide strategic recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.

1. Dispute Resolution:

• Develop and implement strategies for resolving disputes through arbitration, ensuring fair and efficient processes.
• Prepare and review case documentation, including pleadings, evidence, and witness statements.

• Ensure that arbitration processes comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with arbitration and disputes.
