Legal Officer, 2 to 4 years in Bangalore

Job Description

• Ensure proper legal due diligence during land/property acquisition in particular Title investigation & Local legislation.
• Highlight legal issues involved in the structuring of land/property acquisition and relevant development regulations.
• Ensure execution and proper drafting (including standardization) of legal documents such as Title transfer deeds, Agreements of sale, Offer letters, Conveyance documents, Lease Deeds, License Agreements, etc.
• Coordinate with and seek legal advice from external legal counsel.
• Represent the company in all legal matters.
• Keep abreast of and inform management on relevant developments in the real estate sector, such as court rulings or legislative amendments.

• Candidate must possess a law degree and must be well versed in all the legal subjects.
• Should have a minimum of 2 years of progressive experience with significant real estate experience.
• The ideal candidate should have a good presence of mind / right decision /advice in legal situations.
• Relevant candidates residing in Bangalore preferably in and around Whitefield may only apply.
• Knowledge of Kannada is a must.
