Legal Manager, 7 to 12 years in Mumbai

1 Main Duties and Responsibilities:
-To organize, plan , schedule, identify advocates for Arbitration proceedings , overview and monitor
the Arbitration proceedings including vetting of the necessary documents pertaining to the Arbitral
proceedings.
-Independent Handling other litigation and non litigation matters wrt NCLT, DRT, Small Causes,
Cooperative Courts, Chief Metropolitan Court.

2 Requirements
-LL.B./ LL.M.
-Indepth and upto date Knowledge of Arbitration && Conciliation Act, IBC (Insolvency &&
Bankruptcy Act) including knowledge of working of Committee of Creditors, , RDDBFI
Act, MCS Act and other civil and corporate laws.
-Possess Excellent drafting skills for drafting agreements, civil applications, applications before
NCLT, DRT && High Court and Arbitration .

-Briefing and co-ordination with senior counsels.
-Having appeared and argued before --- NCLT, Arbitrator, DRT, High Court, Metropolitan Majistrate
Court , Co-operative Court, CMM , DM etc.
-Having exposure of working with reputed Counsels in various courts.
-Being abreast with notifications issued by Government, judgements passed by Hon. High Court,
Supreme Court.
