Legal Manager, 4 to 5 years in Mumbai

Job Description

• Manage and compile complete records of notices issued to the company/employees.
• Maintain records of signed agreements, including customer agreements, vendor/channel partner agreements, and ATM site landlord agreements.
• Vet important letters issued on behalf of the company to stakeholders.
• Provide support to field staff in liaising with local advocates and police authorities.
• Draft, vet, and finalize new customer and vendor/channel partner agreements.
• Check and approve legal opinions submitted by field staff for the deployment of new ATM sites.

• Monitor and address legal components of the business unit.
• Provide necessary support to all stakeholders.
• Establish processes and ensure adherence by relevant stakeholders.
