Job Description

• To asserting the Title /Ownership of various type of property.
• Review the title report issued by advocate and checking the same in line with the documents.
• Liaising with Advocate/ Searcher/ Company Secretory/ Architect for getting the necessary reports.
• Checking the Structural /Commercial aspect of the Property.
• Meeting/Visiting authority/agency for checking the title/structural aspect of the property.
• Drafting of the Agreements/ Lease Deed/ Declaration cum Indemnity/ POA/ Service Level Agreement/ Contract Agreement/ Bank Guarantee etc.
• Negotiation and finalization various types of Agreement/document with third party.
• Advising on Stamp duty, Registration and execution of various type of Agreements.
• Recent Update on changes in various Acts/ Notification/ Judgements.
• Replying to various types of notices as received from government agency, authority, third party.
• Providing legal remedy/action on timely manner on disputed matter.
• Providing line of action for disputed matter having potential litigation.
• Scrutinizes all documents relating to the litigation and filing of reply /written statement /evidence in consultation with Advocate.
• Advising advocates on line of arguments, explaining the details /facts/action for closure of litigations.
• Effective follow up of all litigation matter .
• Preparing of MIS /Reports on all matter including litigation.
• Basic knowledge of Banking laws and banking activity.
