Job description
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal developments pertaining to the real estate industry.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts including lease agreements, purchase agreements, and construction contracts.
  • Conduct legal due diligence for real estate transactions, including title searches, zoning compliance, and environmental assessments.
  • Manage and oversee litigation matters involving the company, including disputes with tenants, contractors, and other third parties.
