Job Description

• Client contact and client care.
• Taking client instructions, statements and day to day handling of casework matters.
• Providing advice and assistance in relation to the law of England and Wales.
• Conducting legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
• Drafting English-based legal documents, including statements and applications.
• Assisting with case management, file management and maintaining documentation on the company\'s case management system.
• Instructing experts for medical reports & other reports in support of the client\'s case.
• Communicating with clients, lawyers/supervisors to ensure smooth case progression.
• Recording of time spent and evidencing work done in accordance with Company case management procedures.

• Bachelor\'s degree in law.
• Strong English language skills IELTS Level 7.5 and above.
• Previous work experience in a legal environment preferred.
• Excellent research, writing, communication and organizational skills.
• The skills required to undertake and pass law related exams (funded by company).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a desire to pursue a career in law.
• Willingness to undertake training and development opportunities.
• Good IT skills and ability to work with electronic documents and paperless systems.
• You will be required to work in the office.
• Able to comply with all relevant Company procedures and meet performance targets.
• Prior experience helpful but not essential.
