Job description
1. Maintaining MIS for litigation cases and reporting to the Management and External Legal Advisor of the Company from time to time
2. Co-ordination of litigation cases and Legal Research pertaining to Contract laws, Labour laws, CPC, Cr.PC, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, Debt Recovery Laws, Arbitration laws and Cheque Dishonour cases
3. Strategize the legal steps for proceeding in the litigation cases under the guidance of the External Legal Advisor
4. Briefing and co-ordinating with the External Legal Counsels
5. Assist the External Legal Advisor in legal documentation of the company
6. Drafting of legal notices, replies, rejoinders, MoUs and correspondences for legal cases pertaining to the outstanding payments
7. Vetting of agreements and deeds with Developer Company Clients and Banking Institutions
8. Co-ordinating and following up with the Government Bodies and Banking Institutions
9. Attending Police Stations for filing criminal complaints and timely follow-ups
10.Representing as Authorised Signatory on behalf of the company for litigation cases before various judicial forums and police authorities
11.Providing legal assistance to the various departments of the company viz., Tender
Dept., Plant & Machinery Dept., Accounts Dept., HR Dept. and Company Secretary

12.Maintaining record of original legal documents in safe custody.
