Job description
Legal Executive (2-3 Yrs. Experience)
1. Reviews, drafts Software business contracts (including review of RFPs, tender documents, Pos, etc.), MSAs, Service Agreements, Vendor Agreement
2. Experience in contract drafting, contract negotiations with internal teams, customers, vendors, service providers etc.
3. IPR - Trademarks, Copyrights, Patents and Domain Names.
4. Dealing with Civil and Criminal matters , attending the matters as and when required, co-ordinating with the Advocates for the matters, filing of written statements, assisting in the process of evidence, drafting reply to legal notices, 138 notices, IBC Notices.
5. Maintaining MIS of all the matters, agreements, notices.
6. Excellent drafting, negotiation & communication skills
7. Legal Research Review of case laws, Acts, Rules, Notifications etc.
8. Knowledge of Litigation/Arbitration in Indian and /Tribunals
