Job Description

• Conducting Trademark- searches
• filing TMO Oppositions
• Evidence collation from various functions to comply with statutory deadlines for filing evidence
• doing Timely Renewals India and Overseas
• Applying for Legal proceeding certificate
• Maintenance and day to day timely updating of Databases for Trademarks applications and Oppositions and Trademark software system
• Due diligence Support for collating information Trademark acquisition or divestment Projects
• Providing Data Trademark Portfolio Report for MIS
• Monitoring repository of Trademark certificates
• Taking Zero day action on all Correspondences received from the Trademark registry and notices or communications received from third parties in Trademark Matters
• Maintaining existing filing system and Assigning proper filing number and name to ensure Document retrieval.
• Copyrights application: Ensuring filing copyright applications for artwork of products Launched, end to end follow up with stakeholder until NOC is obtained and artwork is Registered Maintaining Database .
• Cease and desist notice: following up closely with stakeholder for samples and market information and Tracking and monitoring timelines for cease and desist Notice issued.
• The role will be assigned Trademark Portfolio Management for a region /s across the globe as per his / her potential
