Legal Executive, 0 to 2 years in Mumbai

Job Description

• Assist the team members across all stages of deal execution from sourcing of new deals, preparation of investment summaries, onboarding and KYC follow-ups, internal liaison for transaction closure
• Identify potential investments in innovative startups and new technologies, including assessment of financial performance, growth prospects and funding potential
• Engage with portfolio companies to identify new investment opportunities
• Build relationships with entrepreneurs, investors and other industry professionals

• Currently pursuing legal degree or a qualified LLB.
• Strong academic record.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (specially word and PPT).
• Previous internship or work experience in a legal setting is preferred but not required.

• Laying down best standards of functioning.
• Process focussed.
• Deadline and Detailed oriented.
• Male candidates preferred
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
