Roles and Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and provide legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate law matters, including HR employment contracts.
- Provide guidance on legal and regulatory issues related to the entities operations.
- Keep abreast of legal and regulatory developments that may affect the company.
