Legal Associate, 3 to 5 years in Mumbai

Job Description

•  To attend court cases in High Court, City Civil Court, and Small cases court
• Coordinating litigation and other matters/cases with external counsels
• Attending various litigation with respect to said properties in all the courts
• Responsible for all non-litigation, litigation, and corporate legal work related to the Business and its projects
• Drafting, vetting, approving, negotiating and settling Leave & License Agreement, Lease Agreement, Renewal Agreement, Deed of Acknowledgement, Deed of Cancellation, Rectification Deed, Deed of Mortgage, Conducting Agreement, 
• Supplemental Agreement, Service Agreement, Revenue Sharing Agreement, Memorandum of Understanding, Letter of Intent, Indemnity Bond, Declaration, Affidavits, Power of Attorney etc., and other documents relating to the Business Projects
• Documentation involved Drafting, finalizing, reviewing Agreements, Contracts and other Legal Documents.
• Documentation involved Drafting, negotiation of various Commercial Contracts.
• Drafting Sale Deed, Power of Attorney, Mortgage, Property contracts etc., and advises connected thereto.
• Should have experience on different kinds of Suit in real estate industry.
• Candidate must have good command over English, Marathi and Hindi
• Independently manage all legal and contractual queries
• Should have and Ready to appear in all courts
