Legal Associate ( litigation), 3 to 5 years in Delhi

• Role & responsibilities
• Appearing in courts, attending hearings (NCLT, NCLAT, others)
• Should have experience working with a law firm setup
• To prepare submissions, pleadings, drafting of various documents, replies, notice under IBC
• To prepare brief and other discussion for strategy execution of case with RP, CD, client suitability
• To inform management with ahead plans for any sensitive matter ensuring in a particular case to plan and attend the same.
• The candidate should have a good reputation with all Partners, Clients, Opposite Counsels and member of the NCLT and etc.
• The candidates is required to over extent as per the work requirements if any, and preparation for the upcoming next day hearing
• Prior experience in drafting petitions, replies, submissions, Applications under IBC.

• Preferred candidate profile
• 1. LLB graduate from a prestigious college or any post graduate
• 2. Prior experience candidate in litigation or Arbitration
• 3. Candidates will good written and verbal communication skills
• 4. A minimum of 3-5 years experienced candidate will be preferred for the role
• 2nd & 4th Saturday off in a week
• Salary as per company standards
• Location New Delhi
• Working days- 6 days (2nd & 4th Saturday will be off).
