Job Description

1. Draft comprehensive title opinions using the Maatrum platform.
2. Liaise with clients to understand their policies and requirements, ensuring timely delivery of reports and addressing any queries.
3. Collaborate closely with the Operations and Technology teams to enhance turnaround time, streamline processes, and optimize software functionality.
4. Uphold the quality of reports in accordance with clients\\\' credit policies and Maatrum standards.
5. Offer solutions to resolve issues encountered by the in-house team during the processing of legal opinions.

• Bachelor\\\'s or Master\\\'s degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a reputable university, with a preference for public universities.
• Consistent academic performance, with no third division or class in any public examination.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in land and real estate property portfolio management.
• Proficiency in dealing with various stakeholders, including banking/NBFC institutions, developers, law firms, and real estate entities.
