Job Description

• Handle all Legal matter/ practices to secure the best interests of the organisation in debt recovery through SERFAESI and other legal action.
• Assist in property execution through police for and Magistrate.
• Manage the recovery litigation, physical possession under SARFAESI laws.
• Visiting NPA accounts along with the collection team for faster recovery.
• Filing the Petition of Section 14 under SARFAESI ACT 2002 in CMM/DM
• Liaising with Police force and with Magistrate.
• Ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations as well as policies and procedures of the company.
• Proven soft skills in Excel, MS word and online legal search.
• Basic understanding of Collection process and NPA provisioning.
• Skill of petition Drafting.
• visiting the banks for taking mandate of new cases and also giving the report of progress in existing cases
