Job description
We are looking for Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager -
Strong legal knowledge, drafting and negotiation skills.
• Contract Life Cycle.
• Ability to identify commercial and legal impacts in an agreement
• Ability to form Legal Opinion on RFP, RFQ and BD activities
• 4-8 years of relevant experience in handling Contract Management activities in a domestic and global environment.
• Possesses commercial acumen and hands-on experience working in a complex and dynamic work environment.
• Ability to quickly grasp dynamics related to business, markets, competitive landscape and products/ service offerings.
• Ability to work in a global cross-functional team environment.
• Advanced risk management, drafting and negotiation experience preferably in manufacturing Industry.
• Familiar with concepts, practices, policies and procedures facilitating dayto-day management of Contractual activities pertaining to client accounts.
• Risk management of large and complex Services Agreements, Cloud Services Agreements, Application Development and Services Agreements, Software Licensing, Consulting Agreements, Professional Services Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, SOWs, SLAs, other standard attachments including financial and commercial documents.
• Coordinate and lead meetings (internal as well as with clients), assertively gain closure of actions and ensure proper level of communications.
