Legal Advisor or Advocate

Job Description

• The position is a Legal Advisor for a real estate company with a vast land bank. 
• The candidate must have extensive experience in drafting and dealing with senior councils. 
• Candidate must have confidence to appear before revenue authorities and city civil courts. 
• Candidate must be able to conduct detailed legal research and provide recommendations to the legal team and management regarding findings.

• Knowledge of Revenue Law, SRA matters and general Real Estate Law is preferred, but not required.
• Candidate must be able to draft and finalize leave and license agreements and development agreements.
• Candidate must be a hard and diligent worker.
• Candidate must be well versed with Microsoft Word and Excel.
