Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Company Secretary to join our team in Mumbai. As a
Company Secretary, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and governance within the organization. The ideal candidate should have a maximum of 3 years of work experience. 
The employment type is full-time.

Qualifications and Skills
 Strong understanding of compliance requirements within the indirect tax consulting sector, including Customs, GST, VAT, and Excise laws.
 Proficient in drafting legal documents, reports, and correspondence.
 Excellent representation skills to act as a liaison between the company and governmental organizations.
 Up-to-date knowledge of the latest laws and regulations applicable to company secretarial tasks.
 Detail-oriented and organized with strong analytical abilities.
 Effective communication and interpersonal skills for internal coordination and external representation.
 Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
 Proficiency in using various software tools for drafting, research, and compliance tracking.

Roles and Responsibilities

 Ensure that the clients of the company complies with all statutory requirements and governance regulations.
 Draft, review, and manage essential legal documents, including minutes of meetings, resolutions, and policies.
 Act as a liaison between clients of the company and regulatory authorities, vensuring timely submission of documents.
 Provide advisory support to management on compliance and corporate governance best practices.
 Maintain updated records of the company’s statutory registers, contracts, and compliance-related documentation.
 Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of compliance initiatives.
 Assist in the preparation and review of annual reports and other statutory filings.
 Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise the management on necessary actions.
